Edition Koji Shimomura
The Edition Koji Shimomura is another fabulous example of Tokyo French restaurants. The credit for the popularity of this fantastic restaurant goes to the renowned Chef Koji Shimomura who has seven years of perfecting his training in France. We visited this restaurant in the afternoon and had a gala time.
Their signature dish includes the seawater cold oyster served with a citrus jelly which gave it a great taste. The lunch menu is between 6000 – 20000 yen and dinner between 15000 – 20000 yen. The dishes served in this restaurant are very good for health as their taste does not depend on the fat of butter and cream which was also one of the reasons we visited this place.
The greatest thing I found in this famous restaurant is that Chef Koji has privately selected all the interior items ranging from tables, chairs, dishes and cutlery etc. This adds a personal touch to everything from the atmosphere to dining experience.
