| TOUR PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD |
Majestic Vacations (United Vacations) accepts the following credit cards:
American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Master Card and Visa. Credit card
payment will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

Credit card imprints must be signed in the presence of the travel agent.

Imprint must be mailed together with a signed credit card authorization form.

By signing the authorization form, the passenger also agrees that any refund
claims and/or discrepancies on non-delivered services will be sent to United
Vacations. customer service department and that the passenger waives and
relinquishes any and all rights to charge back items against the credit card.

Third party credit cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Credit cards not accepted for deposits or insurance payments.
United Vacations, reserves the right to decline a credit card as a form of
payment at our discretion. |
| LAND ONLY PRICE |
| The land only tour price includes domestic China air except air transportation
between China and Hong Kong. Land only tour participants are responsible for
their own international air arrangements including the following: air between
Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore and Bali, and also air between Japan and China.
In addition, transfers between airports and hotels for individual arrival and
departures are not included in the land price and must be purchased separately. |
| GUARANTEED DEPARTURES |
All guaranteed departure tour programs will require a minimum of two
participants to qualify for a guaranteed departure. United Vacations, reserves
the right to cancel departures not meeting this minimum requirement or to
charge a one person surcharge. For departures with less than 15 passengers, the
tour itinerary may be modified and the sightseeing program will be run on a
join-in-tour basis.

| TOUR MANAGERS (Escorted Programs) |
Our escorted programs are designed for you to select a carrier based on your
mileage program, and to choose the most convenient and direct flight from the
United States. Therefore, your tour manager will meet you at your first point
of entry and accompany you throughout your tour until your departure. (Any
overnight stopovers, involuntary or otherwise, are not considered the first
point of entry). Escorted programs require a minimum of 15 passengers. If the
group size falls below the minimum required number of participants, the tour
will be locally hosted.

| TRAVEL DOCUMENTS/VISAS |
| A United States or Canadian passport valid for at least 6 months after the
arrival date is required for all tour participants. Visas are required for
China and Indochina. Nationals from other countries should check with their
travel agent or airline for visa requirements. It is the ultimate
responsibility of the passenger to have proper travel documentation. Visa fees
are not included in the tour price. |
| BAGGAGE |
| Transpacific flights allow two pieces of checked luggage per person. Travel
within Asia permits only one piece (not to exceed 44 lb. or 20 kg.) per person.
One standard carry-on is allowed for both international flights and travel
within Asia. We strongly recommend that you travel light with a flexible bag
packed in your suitcase to use as an additional piece of luggage for your
return flight home. If you do travel with more than one piece per person, you
are required to pay any excess baggage fees on the spot. All luggage must be
locked while traveling. |
| UNITED STATES AND FOREIGN DEPARTURE TAXES |
These fees are not included in the tour price:

The US Departure tax will appear on your invoice and is composed of the
following: US Transportation Tax/US Customs User Fee/US Immigration Fee/Animal
and Plant Tax, US Domestic Passenger Facility Charges and Security Charges. The
Fuel surcharges imposed by the airlines.

| TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE |
United Vacations highly recommends purchasing additional travel insurance that
allows you extra freedom and flexibility to make changes to your plans without
incurring costly revision and cancellation fees. Travelers receive reassurances
that they will be protected from unexpected circumstances prior to departure or
during travel for a reasonable price. Please inquire with our sales agent for
the cost of the policy which best suits your individual needs.
Depending on the optional plan you purchase, you will have protection for trip
cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, emergency evacuation, accident
medical protection, sickness and medical expenses, baggage delay, travel
accident protection and access to 24-hour emergency assistance. Please inquire
for a complete list of benefits and coverage.
